There's nothing too much trouble, I would use them next time. Exceptionally comfortable hotel overall, is has great service and beautiful location close to a shopping centre. It has both very amiable and professional staff.

not brilliant. we reserved specifically for the restaurant, but received a phone call a day before to tell us that the restaurant was shut on a sunday and that we could go to mc donalds! we were told the pool shut at 8pm so when we arrived at 7.20 we expected to be able to use it only to be told they'd shut early for cleaning. we were finally allowed 15 minutes to swim after I'd told them how disappointed we were. we would have been better off staying in a bog standard motel at half the price.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our late arrival hassle-free. the midday checkout allowed us to relax and unwind. Although we didn't have time to use the spa facilities, they looked marvelous. the location was convenient, not far from Nantes, and the hotel had a pool and a spa. We enjoyed the quiet residential area surrounding the hotel, with beautiful woodland walks nearby. It was easy to reach the airport or take a tram into the city. the room was basic but comfortable, with a pleasant bed. a great option for a family stay.

The staff's friendliness and enthusiasm made me feel welcome, even though I don't speak much French. The evening meal was absolutely delicious, and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cooked to perfection. I loved the peaceful residential area surrounding the hotel, with its beautiful woodland walks. The convenient location near the airport and tram into the city was a plus. My room, while basic, was comfortable, especially the pleasant bed. And I can't forget to mention how much my wife enjoyed the spa! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. When we EVENTUALLY got to use the pool it was nice. The spa staff were more helpful than the hotel reception staff, and they spoke more english - we didn't find this out until later on in our stay though.

The food and drinks in the evening were very expensive. The pool and spa facilities were shut, for nearly all of our stay, when they were supposed to be open. So we could not have a nice relaxing spa/pool break. There were a lot of business meetings going on. The reception staff were not very helpful and did not speak much engish, so it was very difficult with our limited french. It is not a particularly good place for familys to stay.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a very nice dinner in the hotel and was impressed with the service and the help we got with the menu.

The location is quiet and conveniently near the city center. Quintessia is easily accessible via tram from the tranquil suburb.

Newly refurbished bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of Free parking. Helpful staff. Quiet location but near to Nantes city.

Always only one member of staff at reception - so we had to wait to speak to her each time. However she was very helpful.

We enjoyed the spa and the peace and quiet, along with the fairly easy access to Nantes itself.

The floors are very creaky! The restaurant menu, whilst excellent quality, was somewhat limited and a touch pricey. It is a nice place, trying and failing to be an excellent place. A little more attention to detail would solve this.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Nantes periphique, making it easily accessible. the parking is available at the back of the hotel, providing a secure and covered area for the guests' cars. the rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a pleasant place to relax. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a satisfactory experience. the spa facilities, including the hamam, sauna, and pool, are enjoyable amenities to unwind and rejuvenate.

It is disappointing that the WiFi coverage is poor and does not reach the rooms, making it inconvenient who rely on internet access.

Exceptionally comfortable place with wonderful views of garden. Peaceful location to the city center of Nantes. Based near a shopping centre, the tram and the outskirts of Nantes.
